Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Riekio service, provided by Alan Ndongala, sole proprietor based in Cergy, France ("Riekio").

2. Service description

Riekio is an automated sales follow-up software for B2B teams. The service connects to the customer's HubSpot CRM in read-only mode and generates personalized follow-up emails sent from the customer's own email address.

3. Sign-up and account

Sign-up requires a valid business email and acceptance of these Terms. The customer agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

4. Free trial

Riekio offers a 14-day free trial with no commitment and no credit card required. At the end of the trial, the customer freely chooses whether to subscribe to a paid plan.

5. Pricing and billing

The Starter plan is €79/month (or €63/month billed annually). Prices are stated exclusive of taxes; applicable VAT is added if relevant.

Billing is handled by Stripe. The customer authorizes Stripe to charge the saved payment method at each billing cycle.

6. Term and cancellation

The subscription is no-commitment. The customer may cancel at any time from their settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued.

7. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to use Riekio in compliance with applicable law, in particular regarding sales prospecting (GDPR, ePrivacy directive), and not to send unsolicited messages to individuals with whom no pre-existing business relationship exists.

8. Service availability

Riekio strives to ensure maximum service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in cases of force majeure.

9. Limitation of liability

Riekio's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer over the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event. Riekio shall not be liable for indirect damages.

10. Intellectual property

Riekio remains the owner of all service components (code, design, trademark). The customer retains ownership of their own data.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, France, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
